Materials required in the application for increasing retailing businesses of Waigaoqiao trade companies

I． Application for changing business scope and amendments to relevant articles in the charters
II． Resolution of the Directorate concerning changing business scope and amendments to relevant articles in the charters
III． Amendments to the charters with signatures by legal persons from all parties involved in the investment
IV． Verification report upon the already-funded among the enterprise's original registered capital presented by the Certified Public Accountants (photocopies)
V． Feasibility study report concerning business scope change
VI． Audit report of the latest whole year from the Certified Public Accountants
VII． Catalogue of import & export goods from the enterprise
VIII． Business registration certificates of all investment parties (photocopies) and the legal person certificates (photocopies)
IX． Original of the business ratification certificates of the enterprise and the photocopy of its business license
X． Photocopy of the documents that testify the validity of the enterprise's registration location
XI． Other relevant documents required by the department of examination and approval
Note: Authorization letter shall be presented if the document is without signature by the legal person.
