V. Amendments to charters with signature by the legal person from the investors
VI. Audit report in the latest whole year of the enterprise
VII. Verification report of the enterprise (photocopies)
VIII. Business registration certificates of all investment parties (photocopies) and the legal person certificates (photocopies)
IX. Certificates for the land use right for the shop (photocopies) and (or) lease contract (photocopies, excluding shops whose business area is below 3000 square meters)
X. Illustrative documents presented by the local government of the shop that conforms with demands from the urban development and the urban commercial development
XI. Photocopies of validity documents for the certificates of the enterprise registration location
XII. Other relevant documents required by the department of examination and approval
Note: Authorization letter shall be presented if the document is without signature by the legal person.
