| Service measures and relevant commitment |
| |
| After signing project service contract with the client, we will conduct comprehensive tracking of the project before practice of the contract, in the practice and after completion of the project so as to finish the project strictly in conformity with the contracted standards and demands from the client. The specific measures are as follows: |
| 1. Conduct the submission for examination and approval of the application for going abroad in an earnest manner. Make good use of our good cooperative relationship with the Shanghai Economic Relations & Trade Commission so as to get the submission for approval, passport transaction, visa signing and other procedures going smoothly, and the visit time satisfying the clients' demands. |
| 2. Cooperate with the administrative units of the project and the security management departments in the security education concerning the oversea journey and hold the conference in the delegation before setting off. Get all delegates well-acquainted with the duty arrangement, visit routing, security notices and the arrangements of boarding and the traffic. In the conference all visitors each will get a manual about the journey, with ascensive introduction to items as follows: |

| (3) Two-way airline timetable and flight hours |
| (4) Materials of the residential hotel and its address and telephone numbers, etc. (including the star-rating standard and geographical location) |
| (5) Introduction to the vehicles |

| (7) Profile of local receptionists, their correspondence methods, and the airport put-up service. |
| (8) Introduction to tourism sites of all sorts |
| (9) Introduction to the Chinese embassy in the visited country |
| (10) Climate introduction |
| (11) Introduction to the security notices and small tips regarding oversea tourism |

| 3. Get preparations in life before the delegation sets off: |
| (1) Communication tools and methods |
| (2) Plugs with pressure transducer |
| (3) Equip with electric thermos if necessary |
| 4. Provide business class reservation beforehand |
| 5. Arrange every duty activities in the oversea visit earnestly and conscientiously. Assist the delegation to gather data regarding the duty activities and thus make the activities effective. Produce detailed project sum-up when coming back home. |
| 6. Practice strict reception standards according to the contract so as to guarantee a good quality. |
| 7. Set all-direction tracking team with department managers and project managers as the principals. These principals should keep their cellphones 24-hour on so as to communicate with the delegation and oversea reception party in time. Acquaint with information of the delegation and thus able to adjust the arrangements in time according to their demands, and solve possible problems. Ensure the delegation's interests not violated, and emergencies solved betimes. |
| 8. Conduct a strict supervision over the service quality of each local receptionist, and establish the feedback system of the performance information of local receptionists. Require each receptionist to produce a good information feedback, and get it scored by the delegation as a support for our supervision. |
| 9. Transact two-way international travel liability insurance and oversea vehicles liability insurance for every delegate. |
| 10. Strictly abide by the foreign affairs discipline of our country, and not organize activities against them. |
| 11. Assist the delegation in holding summing-up conference upon completion of the project, timely summarizing experience and lessons the delegation have got during the visit. Listen to the delegation's advice, and assist them to produce the sum-up report. |
