| In July, 2001, Introduction to Turkish economic and trade information was held in Gangtai Plaza, organized by us upon entrustment of Shanghai Economic Relations & Trade Commission. In October of the same year, we also organized some of the enterprises to go to Turkey for on-spot investigation. |

| In April 2002, the "Sino-Bulgaria Entrepreneurs Economic and Trade Conference" under our organization was held in Shanghai Garden Hotel. Besides business negotiation between the two parties, some members of the delegates also visited enterprises involved, reaching primary cooperation intent. |
