| D. Consultation in investment and financing |
Since 2001 our personnel have started participating in the property right transfer of Shanghai's tap water project, operational right transfer of Nanjing's sewage project, and the joint venture in Wuxi's sewage project concerning the public utility fields. We carried out aforesaid investment invitation businesses by taking the bidding modus operandi for references, and achieved very good effect. After going through prophase preparation, pre-qualification, popularization and application regarding the investment invitation, documents filing, and experts review, we fulfilled the clients' entrustment successfully.
As of 2003 Shanghai Municipal Government issued "Some Advices concerning Promoting Society-operated Hospitals and Developing Civil Healthcare Institutions in Shanghai" [No.70 Shanghai issue (2003)], as an support for social capitals to participate in initiating healthcare institutions in many forms. In conformity with spirits of the documents, our department undertook the hospital reform consultation project in June, 2004. We provided the clients with project planning, scheme design, and consultation regarding the hospital reform, and completed the financial studies report upon its development tendency. |
