| C. Oversea technology introduction |
| Since 2004 our department has been undertaking over 80 oversea technology introduction projects of all sorts, for instance, conceptual planning & design of Qianjiang Century CBD in Hangzhou Xiaoshan, NanGang tunnel design of the Yuejiang tunne in Shanghai Chongming, South & North Plazas re-construction of Shanghai New Jinqiao Plaza, planning and design of Zhengzhou Jinshui Road, and real estate development of Chongqing Juhao, Guangzhou Huadu, and Hainan Sanya as well. Our businesses span several provinces, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Henan, Sichuan, Guangdong, and Hainan, covering a good range of civil construction, real estate development, new area planning, office building, star hotel construction. We've established long-term friendly cooperation relationships with Architecture Studio France, Nikken Sekkei Ltd., Development Design Group Incorporated, Forrec., Ltd., prestigious design, construction, and planning companies from many countries. In technology introduction projects of this sort, we acted as the bridge between Chinese and foreign clients. On the one hand, we offer potential oversea technology suppliers for domestic clients according to characteristics of their respective projects, and meanwhile participate in the negotiation as the foreign trade agency, signing contract and taking charge of paying the contracted funds. In addition, we also work as the consultant for the oversea companies in China, actively helping them to carry out engineering projects in the country and promote the contract signing. Besides, we are also their employed consultant for taxation and taxes payment agency. |
